We are staying in Ashburton for a family wedding; can I have friends visit us in our unit?
Yes, of course. However we do ask that all visitors vacate units by 10pm to ensure that noise levels do not disturb other guests.

Do you have smoke-free units?
Yes, all our units are smoke-free, however if you do wish to smoke, you can do so outside. If you do smoke inside your room you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

I am coming to Ashburton on business and will need to access my email via my laptop, am I able to get Internet access in motel unit?
Yes. All our motel units have Wireless Internet.

Do you have wheel-chair ‘friendly’ motel units?
Yes we do. Please advise if you require a unit with wheel chair access.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.

What is your booking payment policy?
Your credit card is required for booking confirmation and cancellation policy guarantee only.

What is your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am. Early check-in and/or check-out is available by prior arrangement.

How are you from Christchurch International Airport?
We are only 1 hour south from Christchurch International and Domestic Airports.

Do you accept children?
Yes we do! We have a small children's playground with trampoline plus DVD and PlayStation available. We have special rates for toddlers plus an infant cot available for guest use at no additional charge.

Can I bring my pet?
We are happy to discuss your requirements and we do accept some pets by prior arrangement only.

Do you offer breakfast facilities?
We are proud of our delicious breakfasts delivered to your room. Choose from cooked or continental.

How can I check accommodation availability and rates?
You will need to contact our reservation team via our Contact Us page or by completing the online Request a Quotation form. We will contact you within 24 hours to advise of availability and rates.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We are coming to Ashburton for the A & P Show, how close is your motel to the Ashburton Showgrounds?
We have many competitors stay with us during the 2 day show, and this is due to our close proximity to the showgrounds, which is just a few minutes drive from us.

How far away is Mt Hutt?
We are only 35 minutes from Mt Hutt Ski Field.

Do you offer a courtesy shuttle service?
By prior arrangement we can provide courtesy vehicle pick-up or drop-off to bus depot, shuttle and local restaurants.
